Wuthering Heights, Charli XCX (7/10)
Charli XCX released her soundtrack for Wuthering Heights on 2/13/26 w Atlantic. I'd listened to the single "House featuring John Cale" and liked it but hadn't given it much thought besides the fact that it was sick that Charli was collabing w legend John Cale. I haven't watched the movie which I've heard sucks, so it's very possible I could get the ick from this album after I see it if I ever see it, but I generally really enjoyed it. I think "House featuring John Cale" and "Wall of Sound" are super sick and just generally appreciate Charli's production genius a lot. It's cool to see her make a pivot from dance stuff to a really particular project w a really particular affect. Don't love some of the songs, but was generally decently happy w this especially as a soundtrack. Fav tracks: House featuring John Cale, Wall of Sound, Dying for You
