LOTTO, TAGABOW (6/10)

TAGABOW released their 4th studio album on 10/17/25 w Julia's War. I'm not sure if this is a hot take, but I was kinda disappointed?? I loved the single "american food," but have been kind of underwhelmed w the rest. I read the Pitchfork review, which gave it a 7.4 and complimented the album on its more stripped back, less electronic feel, but I think I actually like the older fusion of electronic and guitar a bit more. They are still a goated shoegaze band in today's landscape, but this album just didn't really do it for me as much. Fav tracks: american food, the chase, slo crostic
