Seed of a Seed, Haley Heynderickx (6/10)

 Ok btwn a 5 and a 6 for this, but gonna go w a 6. Haley Heynderickx dropped her sophomore solo album on 11/1/24 w Mama Bird Recording Co. It's a lovely little album of indie folk w some excellent guitar, but I just can't decide for the life of me if I hate her vocals or not. It might just be a me thing, but sometimes I really don't like them. A bit too Fiona Apple for me. Sorry not sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But still I really respect the music and ultimately do like it, which is why I've decided on a 6 rather than a 5. Solid indie folk that you'll like perhaps if you like Fiona Apple or vocals of that nature (tho it's more on some tracks than others) or good guitar picking.
