Water Giants, Nina Ryser (5/10)

Didn't really know Nina Ryser before she dropped her single "Things I Claim" a few months ago and I found it and was obsessed. So this is the first full album of hers I've listened to. It came out on Friday (9/20/24) w Dear Life Records. I wrote down it reminds me of a kind of lofi acoustic Water From Your Eyes. Very strange and smart and great lyrics and lots of retro synth. A little too chaotic for my own taste, but I respect it a lot and will def keep following Nina. Fav tracks: Things I Claim, Dust Girls
