Everything Matters, Everything's Fire, Lunar Vacation (7/10)

Lunar Vacation released their sophomore album yesterday (9/13/24) w Keeled Scales. I had been feeling kinda over this genre of indie pop/bored by bands like Hovvdy, but the singles they released for this album got me really excited. Still a tad bored by the album/a bit chill poppy for me, but there's some really great songs on here for sure. Definitely a step up from their debut I think, more sonically diverse and sophisticated. Sweet little album that is quite pleasant to listen to w a few great bangers. Fav tracks: Sick, Set the Stage, Fantasy
