Your Day Will Come, Chanel Beads (6/10)

Chanel Beads dropped their debut album, "Your Day Will Come" on 4/19/24 w Jagjaguwar. I'd seen and liked the single "Police Scanner" when it came out last November but didn't think much of it. In the past month, tho, I've seen a fair amount of hype around this album and also that they were touring w Mount Kimbie. Mount Kimbie is probs a good analog in terms of kinds of sounds. A mix between experimental ambient and chill rap. Maybe also like Dean Blunt or ML Buch? The album is very decent, and I'll def keep following them, but I didn't luv any of the songs as much as I like the Police Scanner one. Fav Tracks: Police Scanner, Urn, Dedicated To The World
