Everyone's Getting Involved: A Tribute to Talking Heads' Stop Making Sense, Various Artists (5/10)

Super interesting lineup of artists on this Talking Heads cover album which came out 5/17/24 featuring artists including Miley Cyrus, The National, The Linda Lindas, Paramore, Jean Dawson, Kevin Abstract, Lorde, girl in red and more. Kinda weird group of artists but i guess Talking Heads are weird so maybe makes sense? idk. The artists did a good job of putting their own spins on the covers, and I liked about half of them, but rlly disliked a few. Also might be biased bc not the biggest fan of any of these bands. Pleasantly surprised by the Blondshell one. Fav tracks: Thank You For Sending Me an Angel (Blondshell), Once in a Lifetime (Kevin Abstract), Girlfriend is Better (girl in red)
