Pink Flag (2006 Remastered Version), Wire (7/10)

Great album from 1977!!! It's British punk kinda but def see it playing around w a Lou Reed / no wave vibe. It's 21 songs but only 35 minutes, so lots of fun and funky short songs, which is always up my alley hehe. Got some really great distorted guitar, and I like the vocals a lot too. Honestly, was into this album! The Wikipedia says this, their debut album, was influential for hardcore punk, but honestly I have a hard time w hardcore punk and I found this super easy to listen to. :P Fav tracks: Pink Flag, Strange, Champs
