Loft Sessions (EP), Free Range (7/10)

Sofia Jenson recorded this EP featuring reworks of two songs off "Practice," a Townes Van Zandt cover, and three new songs in Wilco's Loft studio (:o so sick). It was released 11/17/23 and is so sweet and beautiful. The rework of "Want to Know," already one of my fav songs this year, takes the cake as even better I think. It seems they really have finetuned their sound on this EP, and it honestly sounds like a more mature artist to me. Very cool. Very excited about Free Range as a project and to keep following them.
