Faust IV, Faust (9/10)

 Faust released Faust IV in 1973, and it is now considered a Krautrock classic. I'd heard the song from it "The Sad Skinhead" before and liked it, but I heard the song "Krautrock" from it about a week ago and was obsessed. It's so freakin sick. It's noisy and droney and  synthy but with great beats, def in the vein of a kind of old school Eno. Listened to the whole album on the plane home on Tuesday and was thrilled. Would have given it a 10/10 if I liked the last coupla songs more, but it's brilliant and unlike anything I've ever heard. Fav tracks: Krautrock, Just a Second, Jennifer
