Running From the Chase, Truth Club (5/10)

Raleigh grunge rock band, Truth Club, released their sophomore LP this past Friday (10/6/23) w Double Whammy Records. I was excited about this release which, genre-wise, is right up my alley given I've been in a big shoegazey alt. rock phase, but honestly I was kinda disappointed. There's a few good songs but most of them I was pretty meh on - just found the melodies a bit boring and don't like his voice that much. But whatevaaa. Kinda in the vein of Wednesday, but not as good imo. Fav tracks: Suffer Debt, Blue Eternal, Exit Cycle
