EP #33, This Is Lorelei (9/10)

This is Lorelei is the solo project of Water From Your Eyes' Nate Amos. Amos has released a ton of little fun EP's over the years and this is thirty-third. It was released yesterday, 8/25/23. Ok a lukewarm take from me: Nate Amos is the next Alex G. Ok u heard it hear first folks. Well maybe not but I've never heard anyone say that. Amos is a producing wizard and honestly a musical genius imo. He plays like every instrument and does the production for WFYE, which is so fkn innovative and sick, and also so dif musically/genrewise from Amos' solo stuff. You get to hear him sing and play acoustic, tho, for This is Lorelei, which I just luv. His songwriting is brilliant. This is a great little cute EP of indie folk kinda tunes. Ugh. He's so good at music. Fav tracks: Lullabies and Glue or My Brother, The Laughter Remains
