Buds, Ovlov (8/10)

Finally listened to this 2021 Ovlov album and was really into it! I'd heard "The Wishing Well" and "Strokes" before and liked them, but for some reason always thought Ovlov was a little too grungey for me. I'm not really sure why. I liked the whole album a lot lol. Want to listen to more of them. I also really like that "Cheer Up Chihiro" is about the protagonist from Spirited Away. hehehehhee. Grungey shoegazey alt rock but still pleasant to listen to/not too discordant for me. Great album. Favorite tracks: Land of Steve-O, The Wishing Well, Cheer Up, Chihiro!, Strokes
