Midnight Society, Fog Lake (6/10)

Fog Lake dropped a new album on 5/19/23. Idk man. I really like some of their stuff and honestly if u put on any of their songs, I'd probably say I liked it - but it all just kinda sounds pretty similar to me. Lofi grungey synth and guitar ballads like Alex G on xanax. Which is great. But also I think I've given every album of theirs that I've rated a 6? Idk if i've posted any of them on the blog. But yeah unsurprisingly this album was more of the same. Favorite tracks: Hot Knives, Motorcade, Secret
