Antarctica, waveform* (6/10)

New album from waveform* out on 5/12/23 from Run For Cover Records. I had liked the singles they released, so I was pretty excited for this drop. The album is pretty decent! I don't love a lot of it, but there's some great guitar and shoegazey stuff in almost all of the songs, even the ones I didn't really like. There's a few standouts, both ones I loved and ones I disliked, but overall it's a solid contemporary shoegaze/dream pop/slowcore album. I'd recommend it if you're into stuff like feeble little horse or The Loners with Parentheses - if not, can def skip. Favorite tracks: In My Drink, Freak Me Out, Orphan Child
