The Future Is Your Past, The Brian Jonestown Massacre (8/10)

BJM released "The Future Is Your Past" with 'a' Recordings on 2/10/23, impressive since they released another 8/10 album last year ("Fire Doesn't Grow On Trees"). I've been a fan of theirs for a while and have slowly been listening to more full albums from this band, and I continue to be impressed. It's great post-punky rock with fucking dope ass drums and some stellar guitar solos. I liked nearly every song on the album. >.<  But also nothing super novel from them / not a great departure from their older/more recent stuff. Favorite tracks: Stuck to Yous, The Light Is about To Change, Fudge
