(self-titled), Marcus Mumford (4/10)

New solo project from Marcus Mumford was released today (9/16/22) with features from Clairo, Phoebe Bridgers, Brandi Carlile, and Monica Martin. I haven't listened to Marcus Mumford or Mumford and Sons since I went through a folk pop phase in high school, and the sound hasn't really changed a lot. Since I'm not that into this genre anymore, I was just pretty meh on the whole album, and was sad that the features were so sparse (meaning you don't hear a ton of Clairo or Phoebe on their features mostly just back up vocals). It was okay. Won't listen again. Favorite tracks: Only Child, Go In Light (feat. Monica Martin)
