Bedlocked, Bedlocked (5/10)

This is Bedlocked's self-titled sophomore album which just came out on July 7th. I didn't know anything about the band prior to listening, and yet somehow the album still sounded exactly the way I predicted it would given the band name and the cover art lol. It's pretty grungey/noisy bedroom pop: "heavy shoegaze" someone writes on the internet. Knowing that, you can kind of guess what the entirety of the album sounds like, and honestly none of the songs were super stand out to me; it all just kinda blended together into the genre sound/noise. It's pleasant to listen to, but I wasn't the biggest fan because, again, I didn't super love any of the songs in particular. Favorite tracks: Always, Talk, Soaked
