Santa Catalina, Goth Babe (4/10)

Goth Babe released this EP of three songs in late February. It's okay; a little more on the poppy side for Goth Babe. I like the first song the best ("Driving South"), which features Blood Cultures. It's pretty chill summer pop rock surf rock-y vibes. The second two I didn't really like. They feel kind of 2010's-Calvin-Harris-era electronic pop, but I actually like Calvin Harris, and I don't really like these at all. I can't remember the artist that they remind me of - but someone from this era for sure. Something about the lofi beats and drops. Idk. Not for me. Generally I like Goth Babe, so a bit disappointing.
