The Offer, Yowler (8/10)

Discovered this album today which came out in 2015. It's like the exact microgenre of raw femme acoustic emo indie that is my favorite of all time (think Mirah, femme Microphones), so obviously I fucked with it even though I didn't find any songs besides "Go" to be like FML-outstanding. There's one experimental interlude ("Tornado Warning"), but tbh I wish this album got even weirder. I love how raw it  sounds with even a bunch of record static recorded in. Really sad. Really beautiful. I like Yowler's voice. They are also nonbinary. That's hot. TFavorite tracks: Go, Water, the Offer, Holidays.
