The Jacket (Album), Widowspeak (8/10)

Ok tbh I like Widowspeak but didn't love them. That was before this fucking great album which really fucking pleasantly surprised me. This is Widowspeak at their best yet. Molly Hamilton's dreamy shoegazey voice sounds a lot like Mazzy Star - and that's the vibe of the whole album. And then there's also some really dope guitar solos. Stellar. Favorite tracks are: Slow Dance, True Blue, and While You Wait I think, but there's a lot of great ones. There's a few fillers in there which is why I gave it a 8/10 but overall p good.
